Come to our Lindy Hop Crash Course! In this class, we will start you off right away to moving to the music, showing you some great basic steps and body movements that will have you on the dance floor in no time!
No partner or experience is necessary and we will have you social dancing by the end of the class!
This class is excellent for the first-time dancer as well as experienced dancers who are looking for a strong refresher in the basics and foundations of the dance.
Brand New to Dancing?
If you have no dance experience at all, we recommend the following schedule to help get you on the floor in no time:
- Make the Crash Course your first lesson!
- Come to the "Beginner's Corner" lessons at Cat's Corner for that month
- Come to C'ville Savoy to experience a social dance
- Rinse & Repeat
What Should I Bring?
Wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes. You do not need to go out and purchase new dance shoes, but we do recommend that beginners stay away from high-heels or shoes with a lot of tread.
We provide snacks & water at all dance events, so no worries about bringing those things.
